This is a beautiful miniature sized example for this species! Green lustrous crystal aggregates of adamite, the individual crystals measuring to 1.3 cm in length, are set aesthetically about a well proportioned 4.0 x 3.1 x 3.0 cm limonite matrix. While the crystals "group" like typical adamite from this locality, these crystals still retain enough of their individual form to show well defined orthorhombic crystals. There is no damage. A beautiful and colorful cabinet piece consisting of a 11.6 x 5.8 x 4.2 cm limonite matrix, the top mostly covered by pretty sparkling yellowish-green crystals of adamite. The adamite crystals form spherical shaped groupings to almost 2.0 cm in diameter. The individual crystals are small but very glassy and translucent. Overall very clean of damage. A 7.5 x 6.8 x 5.5 cm matrix, the entire front side sort of an open vug, this lined with superb sharp well defined crystals of adamite to 1.5 cm in size. There are many sparkling colorless to reddish crystals of calcite to 1.0 cm in size present as well. This is really quite choice for the species, exhibiting such large and sharp crystals. A 7.3 x 5.7 x 2.7 cm matrix covered by small white crystals of laumontite, quartz and a few brassy chalcopyrite crystals. On one side of this matrix there are many glassy pink terminated transparent crystals of apophyllite-(KF) to 1.5 cm in length. Very clean of damage; great pink color for this species.
